Samta Seva Kendra is well reputed Non-Governmental Organization in Bihar. It is registered under Society Registration Act XXI of 1860. This organization was established in 1992 by  Late Nawal Kishore Rai, Ex M.P. and educationist. Main objectives behind establishment of Samta Seva Kendra are upliftment of down traden people, farmers, Rural Youth, disabled person, women empowerment & skill up gradation.
